vcenter 6.7 upload file to datastore fails
Files do not upload to ESX 6.v datastore
Hullo Everyone,
When I attempt to upload files to our ESX 6.5 host, the upload does not complete. The file is Windows ISO virtually 7GB in size. Small-scale files have no problem. The same file that does not upload to our ESX vi.5 host, can be uploaded to our older six.0 host.
The upshot viewer in wmware gives me the post-obit:
VMware ESXi
File upload to path '[Jupiter]ISO/Windows10/Windows.iso' was initiated from 'Mozilla/four.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.ane; WOW64; Trident/seven.0; SLCC2; .Internet CLR two.0.50727; .Cyberspace CLR 3.five.30729; .Internet CLR iii.0.30729; Media Center PC half-dozen.0; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E)@10.12.112.137' and completed with status 'False'
How tin can I get my file to upload?
You can effort using Winscp to access the host and upload to the datastore, which would exist located in the vmfs folder. As well you could try removing the client integration plug-in, and and so perform a fresh install. You can download from the web client by going to aid > well-nigh and in there you lot will run across a download link.
