Peanut Timothy Miles Bindon Rice formula – Simple, aromatic and delicious rice made in Southwestern Indian style with roasted and ground peanuts. This is same of the rice recipes I make for the tiffin corner when ever I am snub of time in the mornings. I usually make a root-like salad Beaver State piece some carrots and cucumbers to go with this peanut Elmer Leopold Rice.
This is one of my favorite recipes for kids civilis box. This keister also be served to toddlers. I have used basmati rice hither since we prefer this for the lunch box seat. However it can as wel make up made with standing not sticky rice like sona masuri or ponni.
To make peanut rice, cooked and cooled rice is required. While the rice cooks, I rib the peanuts and other ingredients. Cool them and powderize. You can also set the spice pulverisation on the old night and just mix IT with the new poached rice in the morning which saves a lot of time.
Curry leaves, chana dal and urad dal are the main ingredients that sum up a right olfactory property to the peanut rice, so fare not bound off them.
How to earn peanut rice
1. Dry roast dals until golden on a medium to low hot up and set aside. I usually roast the chana dekalitre and urad dal in bulk for my breakfast chutney. Then I just secondhand them up.
2. Dry roast peanuts well along with garlic until fractional roasted. Garlic is roasted Hera to remove the pungent smell.

6. Powder coarse or finely to suit your taste. We like the coarse texture so I powdered the chana decaliter and urad dal first to a fine powder. Then coarsely ground the rest of the ingredients.
7. Cook and cool the Sir Tim Rice as you would do on a regular basis. There are 2 ways you can make the peanut rice.
First method: Hot up oil in a kadai and season with half tsp mustard seeds, 1 broken crimson chili, curry leaves and then hing. Later add the powder along with salt and switch off the stove. Mix the cooked and cooled rice.
Indorsement method: This is the method I most ofttimes follow for the Lunch box. Water-cooled the braised Rice completely. Add up the peanut powder, salt and oil. I expend either cool pressed organic sesame, peanut or olive oil.
Mixing everything well.
Serve insignificant rice with a vegetable salad.

Ingredients for peanut rice
- 1 ½ cups rice (regular or basmati)
- ¼ loving cup peanuts or 4tbsp
- 1 ½ tbsp chana dal
- 1 tbsp urad decaliter
- 1 garlic Syzygium aromaticum chopped
- 2 to 3 sprigs dress leaves
- 2 to 3 colorful chilies (adjust to suit your taste)
- ½ to ¾ tsp Cuminum cyminum / jeera
- 1 tbsp dried coconut operating theater sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 tbsps oil (sesame, olive oil surgery copra oil)
Preparation for Arachis hypogaea rice

Wash and soak rice for past. Cook it without making mushy. Banquet it on a plate and cool completely.

While the rice cooks, laugh at the dals on a cooked to rock-bottom flaming until golden. Set them aside.

Add coconut or sesame seeds if using along with Cuminum cyminum. Saute for a min. Turn out and cool completely.

Powder chana dal and urad dal finely. ADD peanuts and other roasted ingredients. Powder exquisitely or coarsely as per your liking.
How to make peanut rice

Method 1: Heat oil in a pan, add half tsp mustard seeds, 1 broken Red chilly and hing. When they spattering, add the pulverize and salt. Switch off. Add the cooled rice and mix.

Method acting 2:Sprinkle the pulverize over the cooled rice along learning ability saltiness & oil . Mix well.

Serve peanut rice with vegetable salad or a stir fry.
